The role of Territory Manager at Arque Technologies is a multifaceted position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and a passion for educational advancement. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for multiple objectives: 1. Market Penetration: You will be tasked with promoting and distributing Arque Technologies" educational solutions, including AI and robotics-based learning tools, to schools affiliated with various educational boards across your designated territory. 2. Relationship Management: In addition to driving sales, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing professional relationships with school principals, directors, and educators. Building rapport and understanding the unique needs of each institution will be key to fostering long-term partnerships. 3. Product Promotion: You will develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote Arque Technologies" products and services, including AI-powered learning tools and robotics kits, to target audiences. 4. Travel and Representation: You will represent Arque Technologies at industry events, conferences, and educational exhibitions, and actively participate in networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and influence in the education sector. Candidate Profile: - Qualification: MBA/Integrated MBA (B.Tech MBA, BBA MBA, B.Com MBA) - Location: Willingness to be stationed anywhere in India - Traits: Highly disciplined and organized candidates with a fervent desire to learn and grow professionally - Age Limit: Between 22 to 25 years Salary Package: Arque Technologies offers a competitive salary package with comprehensive training and benefits. Selected candidates will undergo a probationary period of One Year with a CTC of 10 Lakhs per annum, termed as the "Learning Package". The salary package includes various components such as Base Salary, Performance Bonus, Travel Allowance, Housing/Lodging Allowance, Meal Allowance, Health Insurance, Communication Allowance, and Flexible Benefits Allowance.
