Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor inspection leads and coordinate with client SPOCs.
Conduct quality checks on valuation reports and update asset pricing.
Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Train client executives on the inspection app and resolve report/valuation issues.
Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with automobile processes.
Languages: Hindi, English, and regional language preferred
Comfortable working on field and site inspections
Knowledge of local market pricing and vehicle condition assessment preferred
