Territory Business Manager-Spectra

As a Sales Executive at Abbott, your role involves achieving Division wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than the Secondary targets. You will be responsible for generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share and ensuring zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. Additionally, you will be required to share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner. Building relationships with customers and Stockists, along with timely Stockist visits as per defined frequency without deviation, are essential aspects of your role. Your key responsibilities will also include prioritizing and meeting with doctors appropriately, leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions for engaging with important customers, and strengthening relationships. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and tracking sales progress. Providing timely information about new products to Stockists and reporting daily field work in the assigned online system are crucial tasks. Organizing camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs, as well as generating POBs for Abbott brands based on the business plan, will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position. Freshers with good communication skills and analytical abilities may also be considered. The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc. or B.Pharma qualification.,
