Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Division-wise primary target, ensuring it equals or exceeds secondary target. - Generate maximum prescriptions to increase market share. - Prevent expiry cases on Stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. - Share competitor and market information promptly with the ABM and Division. - Build relationships with customers and Stockists through timely visits as per defined frequency. - Prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately and regularly. - Utilize managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage effectively with key customers and enhance relationships. - Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress, providing timely information about new products to Stockists. - Record daily field work in the assigned online system. - Organize Camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs. - Generate POBs for Abbott brands according to the business plan. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in a relevant field. - Freshers with good communication and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply. - B.Sc. / B.Pharma qualification is required for this position.,
