As a Sales Executive at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in achieving division-wise targets and increasing market share through generating maximum prescriptions. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving division-wise primary target equal to or greater than secondary targets - Generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share - Ensuring zero cases of stock expiry by timely liquidation through prescription generation - Sharing competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner - Building relationships with customers and stockists through regular visits - Prioritizing and meeting doctors with the right frequency - Engaging with important customers with the support of managerial and marketing functions - Planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress - Reporting daily field work in the assigned online system - Organizing camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs - Generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan Experience: - 2+ years of experience required - Freshers with good communication and analytical skills will also be considered Qualification Required: - B.Sc. / B.Pharma Abbott is a global healthcare leader with a diverse portfolio of life-changing technologies, serving people in more than 160 countries.
