Territory Business Manager-Invicta-Solapur

As a Sales Executive at Abbott, your role involves achieving Division-wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than Secondary targets. You will be responsible for generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share and ensuring zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. Additionally, you will be expected to share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Division-wise primary target and ensure it is equal to or greater than Secondary - Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share - Ensure zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelf by timely liquidation of stocks by prescription generation - Timely sharing of competitor and market information with the ABM and Division - Build relationships with customers and Stockists, ensuring timely visits as per defined frequency - Prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately and with the right frequency - Engage with important customers leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions to strengthen relationships - Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and sales progress, providing timely information about new products to Stockists - Report daily field work in the assigned online system - Organize Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs - Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. / B.Pharma. - 2+ years of experience preferred - Freshers with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered Abbott is a global healthcare leader with a portfolio of life-changing technologies spanning diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals, and branded generic medicines.
