Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary job function will involve achieving the assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. You will be required to carry out effective field work independently and report your daily activities on the assigned online system. It is crucial to meet the call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Your core job responsibilities will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and promoting the Division's products according to the strategy. Building relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists is essential. You will also play a key role in facilitating strategy building and acting as a good brand ambassador. In terms of qualifications, the minimum education requirement for this role is a BSc/B. Pharma with 0 to 2 years of experience. Freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy area, especially those from MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies, will have an added advantage. Additionally, individuals with good communication and analytical skills, as well as fluency and confidence in communication, are encouraged to apply.,
