Job Description
The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will be responsible for driving sales performance, executing business strategies, and strengthening customer relationships within the assigned Mumbai territory. The role demands proactive planning, effective territory management, and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Lead overall sales responsibility for the assigned territory.
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets consistently.
Drive business generation and expand market presence for company products.
2. Territory Management
Develop and execute effective territory plans aligned with business goals.
Analyze sales trends, competition, and territory performance to optimize growth.
Ensure brand visibility and implement promotional activities.
3. Customer Relationship & Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, chemists, institutions, and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer visits, product detailing, and engagement initiatives.
Address customer needs and ensure high satisfaction.
4. Distribution & Channel Management
Manage and coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and timely replenishment.
Ensure adherence to company systems, processes, and compliance standards.
5. Strategy Implementation & Reporting
Participate in periodic strategy execution and review meetings.
Provide timely market feedback, competitor insights, and sales reports.
Execute marketing campaigns and strategic sales initiatives as directed.
