Job Description

The Territory Business Manager is responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets in the designated territory of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. You will be expected to conduct effective field work independently and report daily activities on the online system. Meeting Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the General Medicine division is crucial. Your core responsibilities will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and promoting the division's products following the strategy. Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists is essential. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating strategy building and serving as a brand ambassador for the company. The ideal candidate should hold a BSc/B. Pharma degree and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Freshers with exceptional communication and analytical skills will also be considered. Candidates with previous experience in the same therapy area, especially from MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies, will be given preference. Strong communication skills and confidence are essential for this role.,
