Job Title: Territorial Lead Government ICT Solutions (Revenue Growth & Customer Success Focus) Locations Covered (One per Lead): Territory 1: Chennai + Tiruvallur + Chengalpattu Territory 2: Coimbatore + Tiruppur + Erode Territory 3: Madurai + Dindigul + Theni Territory 4: Tirunelveli + Thoothukudi + Nagercoil Territory 5: Hyderabad Territory 6: Delhi Territory 7: Bhopal Territory 8: Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Oriented | Leadership Role About the Role We are hiring Territorial Leads to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and successful on-ground implementation of our ICT solutions across designated multi-city territories. This role is ideal for proactive leaders who can combine strategic business development with hands-on customer engagement and solution performance management . Key Responsibilities 1.Own overall territory performance , covering solution adoption, customer success, and revenue growth. 2.Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders in government departments and institutions. 3.Identify and convert new business opportunities across assigned locations. 4.Oversee deployments, coordinate with project managers, and ensure successful implementation of all solutions. 5.Track solution performance metrics and ensure SLA compliance and satisfaction benchmarks. 6.Mentor and coordinate with on-site support executives and technical staff in the territory. 7.Conduct field reviews, customer feedback sessions, and strategic account management activities. 8.Represent the organization in reviews, meetings, and escalations with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications •Graduate or Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. •Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Management/IT •Excellent fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written) Experience •5+ years of experience in key account management, solution delivery , or territory-based business development . •Prior experience in government ICT projects or enterprise solution delivery is a strong advantage. Key Skills & Attributes •Strong leadership and team coordination skills •High customer empathy and stakeholder management capabilities •Ability to track project KPIs and drive issue resolution with internal teams •Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise ICT products and lifecycle •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills •Ability to travel extensively across assigned districts Salary & Incentives •50,000 85,000 per month (Based on experience and territory) •Performance-based incentives and growth bonuses Preference •Immediate joiners preferred •Candidates based in or familiar with the geography of the respective territory will be given preference
