Job Title: Techno-Functional / On-Site Technical Support Executive Government ICT & Software Solutions Location: Delhi, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, and Nagercoil Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused Techno-Functional Executives to join our on-site technical support team. The role demands hands-on technical support expertise, strong client coordination, and the ability to understand and relay customer requirements for our deployed software solutions across key cities in Tamil Nadu and other states in India. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our Government ICT projects and driving ongoing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1.Provide on-site technical support and functional guidance for deployed software solutions. 2.Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal engineering/product teams. 3.Document and escalate change requests, enhancements, and issues from the field. 4.Maintain up-to-date documentation on client interactions, deployments, and updates. 5.Support end-user training, onboarding, and system adoption activities. 6.Ensure smooth handholding during go-live phases and post-deployment. 7.Identify new opportunities within the customer environment and pitch appropriate solutions. 8.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and client satisfaction. Qualifications •Graduate with IT / Computer Science as a major. •Preferred: B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), B.Sc (Computer Science), or B.Com (Computers) Experience •1 to 5 years of experience in a techno-functional or IT support role. •Prior experience in government software deployment environments is highly desirable. •Proven ability in customer handling, requirements gathering, and solution pitching. Key Skills & Competencies •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil. •Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities. •Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues on-site. •Ability to understand functional aspects of government ICT solutions. •Good documentation and reporting skills. •Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks independently. •Willingness to travel locally and be stationed in the assigned city. Salary 25,000 – 50,000 per month (Based on experience and location) Preferred Candidates •Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. •Local residents of the specified cities or those willing to relocate are preferred.
