Terminal Incharge

As the Terminal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day activities at the terminal to ensure smooth operations. Your duties will include supervising tanker loading, vessel unloading, and other associated tasks. You will act as the primary point of contact with the terminal team, coordinating daily activities to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with Customs House Agents (CHAs) will be essential to facilitate seamless vessel operations. Your proactive engagement with Customs officials will be crucial in ensuring the timely clearance of vessels and addressing any issues promptly to prevent delays. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely accounting records using Tally, documenting all financial transactions related to terminal operations. Identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and overall terminal performance will be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in terminal operations, specifically in tanker loading and customs coordination. A strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation, proficiency in Tally and general accounting principles, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure are essential qualifications for this position.,
