Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor terminal operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to operational standards.
Coordinate with airlines and ground staff to facilitate smooth passenger flow and timely operations.
Address on-ground issues promptly to minimize disruptions and enhance passenger satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with safety and security protocols, ensuring adherence to airport standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the terminal, fostering a positive passenger experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize terminal processes and resource allocation.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and passenger handling capacity.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement in terminal operations.
Assist in the implementation of technologies and systems that streamline airport operations.
Contribute to the development of best practices for terminal management and passenger services.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in airport operations or a similar role.
Proven expertise in terminal operations and passenger flow management.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Preferred: Specialization in Civil, Mechanical, or Aviation Engineering.
