Teritory Manager (AGRI)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage agricultural operations within the assigned territory.
• Supervise and support a team of Agriculture Officers and Field Executives.
• Plan and implement business strategies to achieve sales and productivity targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and ensure execution of company plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with senior management for sales planning, budgeting, and target achievement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and adherence to company policies.
• Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product training programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture (Diploma in Agriculture with relevant experience may be considered).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Agri Field Operations / Sales / Team Handling.
• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Preferred Location: Candidates residing within Tamil Nadu or nearby districts.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of agricultural products, markets, and distribution networks.
• Proficient in reporting, target monitoring, and field coordination.
• Fluency in Tamil and working knowledge of English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Reporting tools).
