Tenders and Bid Support Coordinator​

Required Qualifications ​

• Bachelors in management / business or environmental science​
• Proficient M365 skills / certification Proficient M365 skills including SharePoint content management and Excel​

Preferred Qualifications /experience​

• Understanding of consulting environment and project management requirements​
• Experience with enterprise systems /project management software and processes. ​

Deltek Vantagepoint an advantage.​

• Experience working in a global or multi-site business with a variety of stakeholders​
• Understanding of workflow automation principles to help redesign our processes​

Required Skills​

• Ability to learn tender and procurement processes and requirements across different jurisdictions ​
• Excellent time management, coordination and prioritization skills​
• Problem solving skills and initiative ​
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. ​
• Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills​
