Through this approach we are helping to build a greener and more resilient India.​ ​About the Tenders and Bid Support Coordinator​ ​ A Critical Role!​ The development and submission of high-quality bids and proposals is critical to the success our business. The purpose of this role is to provide a coordination and quality checkpoint for elements of bid preparation and submission across the Alluvium Group. ​ Reporting to the Business Development lead in Australia, and based in our New Delhi office, you will be part of a global support team for the Alluvium Group. ​ ​ What you will do​ Maintain accurate and complete bid data, attending weekly bid meetings and following up information gaps​ Provide support to bid managers to complete bid schedule requirements. Liaise with project managers across India, Australia and the Mekong region!​ Maintain and update bid resources on SharePoint. Support efforts to introduce AI agents and other workflow automation to assist in the preparation of schedules and increase overall bid efficiency​ Monitor incoming tender mailboxes across the Group. Liaise with Data Entry Analyst role to ensure documents and addenda are sourced and provided in a timely manner.​ Contribute to bid reporting and feedback processes as directed by the Bid and Business Development lead for the Group​ ​Skills and Experience​ ​ Required Qualifications ​ Bachelors in management / business or environmental science​ Proficient M365 skills / certification Proficient M365 skills including SharePoint content management and Excel​ Preferred Qualifications /experience​ Understanding of consulting environment and project management requirements​ Experience with enterprise systems /project management software and processes. ​ Deltek Vantagepoint an advantage.​ Experience working in a global or multi-site business with a variety of stakeholders​ Understanding of workflow automation principles to help redesign our processes​ Required Skills​ Ability to learn tender and procurement processes and requirements across different jurisdictions ​ Excellent time management, coordination and prioritization skills​ Problem solving skills and initiative ​ Strong written and verbal English communication skills. ​ Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills​ What We Offer​ An award-winning workplace recognised as A Great Place to Work for women.
