Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tendering Executive with 2-3 years of experience to handle the entire tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for preparing bids, managing documentation, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and bids.
• Review contract terms, compliance requirements, and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents.
• Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and bid outcomes.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and government agencies regarding tenders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement.
• Knowledge of government and private tender portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.).
• Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,006.26 per month
