Job Title: Tendering Executive – B.Tech Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing project requirements, drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ) from clients or consultants.
• Support in preparing competitive and compliant tenders, technical proposals, and pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, estimation, planning) to gather inputs for tender submissions.
• Maintain and update tender documents, databases, and status trackers.
• Support pre-bid and post-bid activities, including clarifications and follow-ups.
• Ensure all documentation meets company standards and client requirements.
• Stay updated with current market trends, rates, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in project estimation, bidding, or contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with AutoCAD or estimation software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
