Tendering Engineer cum office mgmt

y Responsibilities:

• Tender Management:
• Handle end-to-end government tender processes (GEM, CPP, eProcurement, etc.)
• Analyze and prepare BOQs and compliance documentation
• Track tender opportunities, submissions, and timelines
• Design & Documentation:
• Create brochures, catalogs, presentations (PPTs) using Canva or similar tools
• Draft professional client emails, proposals, and cover letters
• Office Coordination:
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coordinate with staff to ensure order completion on time
• Manage documentation, filing, and reporting
• Client & Government Liaison:
• Maintain and grow contacts within government departments and PSUs
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-tender negotiations
• Order Fulfillment:
• Oversee execution of awarded tenders including procurement, logistics, and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and timely completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling government tenders (especially GEM)
• Strong understanding of BOQs, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and digital documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and meet tight deadlines
• Existing network/contacts in government departments (preferred)
• Willingness to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
