Job Purpose:
to identify, evaluate, and execute tenders / bids (government & private) and support the sales and business development function by securing profitable projects for Capital Power Systems Ltd.
Tendering & Bidding
1. Identify tender / project opportunities from:
(i) Government portals (GEM, CPPP, State DISCOM portals, etc.)(ii) Private clients, consultants, and EPC channelsAnalyze tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
Business Development & Sales Support
1. Support the sales team in lead generation and opportunity tracking.
2. Maintain a pipeline of upcoming projects.
3. Coordinate with customers, consultants, and authorities for project follow-ups.4. Assist in price negotiations and order finalization.
5. Provide after sales support.
Candidate Profile
· BE/ B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Power); MBA preferred
. 6–7 years’ experience in tendering & bidding within Power/Electrical/EPC industry
· Exposure to DISCOM, PSU, EPC or utility projects
· Strong knowledge of tender portals & bidding procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
