Job Overview
We are seeking a Experienced dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the tendering process, managing documentation, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role is crucial for supporting project bids and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with project specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information for tenders.
• Review and analyze tender requirements to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all tender-related documents and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the tender process.
• Monitor and track the progress of submitted tenders, providing updates as necessary.
• Assist in post-tender evaluations to improve future submissions.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not required.
