Looking for a Tender Manager who can handle government & private tenders related to events, video production, conferences, AV setups, etc.
* Search & analyse tenders (GeM, CPPP, eProc portals)
* Prepare Technical & Financial Bids
* Fill annexures, forms, and documentation
* Coordinate with event & production teams
* Maintain tender MIS and follow-ups
* Handle online/offline tender submission
* Knowledge of Event Management & Video Production
* Strong documentation & drafting skills
* Experience in the government. tender portals
* MS Office proficiency
* Good communication & coordination
* Graduate / Post Graduate
* Minimum 4 years of experience in tender management
