Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tender Executive/Bid Manager to join our dynamic team at Swastik Infotech. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and executing the tendering process on various platforms, including the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal and other government or private portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Tenders: Actively manage and participate in tenders on the GEM portal and other relevant portals.
  • Bid Management: Prepare, submit, and follow up on tender submissions in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Client Communication: Liaise directly with clients via email and other communication channels, providing updates, clarifications, and solutions as needed.
  • Market Research: Monitor and identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities within the IT and electronics sectors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to gather required product information, pricing, and technical specifications for tenders.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all bids meet the necessary government and organizational compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Candidates with prior experience working on GEM and other tender portals will be given first preference.
  • Tendering Knowledge: Strong understanding of the tendering process, particularly in the IT and electronics sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client correspondence.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in bid documents, compliance, and deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions during the tendering process.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with government procurement procedures.
  • Knowledge of the IT and electronic products market.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
