SALARY -  30K TO 35K IN HAND

We are looking to engage your services to identify and recruit a qualified Tender Executive for our organization. The position details are as follows:

Role Overview:
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting compliant documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking tender outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify tender opportunities relevant to the companys business objectives.

Analyse tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and submit tender documents within timelines.

Liaise with external agencies as necessary to gather required inputs.

Review tender terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies.

Maintain a database of tender submissions and results.

Support in developing tender strategies and pricing models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing tender processes in a corporate environment.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience in online tender platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
