Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities (with Required Skills):

• Tender Handling & Bid Submission:
• End-to-end management of government and private tenders, especially via the GEM Portal (experience with GEM is mandatory).
• Preparation, compilation, and timely submission of accurate and compliant tender documents.
• Review and analyze tender eligibility criteria and documentation requirements (must have strong attention to detail).
• Documentation & Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, finance, legal) for supporting documents and approvals (requires strong organizational skills).
• Maintain proper records of all bids, submissions, amendments, and follow-ups (good file management and record-keeping habits are essential).
• Communication & Reporting:
• Draft and respond to professional emails, tender queries, and client communication (excellent written and spoken English is required).
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of tender processes (good interpersonal and coordination abilities are necessary).
• Compliance & Review:
• Ensure all submissions meet the guidelines of the issuing authority and internal policies (knowledge of standard bid compliance procedures is beneficial).
• Keep updated with changes in tendering regulations and GEM processes (requires initiative and learning mindset).

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
