Key Responsibilities (with Required Skills): Tender Handling & Bid Submission: End-to-end management of government and private tenders , especially via the GEM Portal ( experience with GEM is mandatory ). Preparation, compilation, and timely submission of accurate and compliant tender documents . Review and analyze tender eligibility criteria and documentation requirements ( must have strong attention to detail ). Documentation & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, finance, legal) for supporting documents and approvals ( requires strong organizational skills ). Maintain proper records of all bids, submissions, amendments, and follow-ups ( good file management and record-keeping habits are essential ). Communication & Reporting: Draft and respond to professional emails, tender queries, and client communication ( excellent written and spoken English is required ). Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of tender processes ( good interpersonal and coordination abilities are necessary ). Compliance & Review: Ensure all submissions meet the guidelines of the issuing authority and internal policies ( knowledge of standard bid compliance procedures is beneficial ).
