Tender Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Government Tender Bidding Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities across various government e-procurement platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in government bidding portals and strong documentation, coordination, and compliance skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and evaluate suitable government tenders across platforms such as GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and State Portals.
• Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documents in accordance with RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Legal, Finance, Operations) to collect and validate required documents.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and full compliance with tender terms and regulatory guidelines.
• Track tender status, attend clarifications, and manage post-bid communication.
• Maintain structured records of submitted tenders, results, and performance analysis.
• Support strategy development for improving win ratios and bidding efficiency.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in government tender bidding.
• Hands-on proficiency with platforms like GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and State Government portals.
• Excellent documentation, compliance, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and independence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
