Tender Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Filling Executive with hands-on experience in handling government e-tenders, documentation, submissions, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working on various government tender portals and managing the complete tendering process independently. Key Responsibilities: Search, identify, and monitor relevant government tenders on various e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, E-Procurement portals, etc.). Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, scope of work, and other requirements. Prepare and compile tender documents including technical bids, financial bids, and supporting documents. Timely upload and submit tenders as per guidelines and deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams for required approvals, certificates, and documentation. Maintain tender trackers, documentation records, and follow up on pending submissions. Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and communication with tender authorities. Ensure 100% compliance with government norms and tender instructions. Prepare post-tender documentation, follow-ups, and assist in contract award processes. Required Skills & Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in government tender filling and e-procurement. Strong working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, E-Procurement portals, and online bidding processes. Excellent documentation, organizational, and coordination skills. Ability to understand technical and commercial tender requirements. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing tools). Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Qualifications: Graduate Certification or training in e-tendering will be an added advantage.
