Tender Executive

Location: N.S. Road, Kolkata

Experience: 5+ Years (Mandatory experience in GeM Portal)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Handle complete tendering activities specifically for weldmesh, wire mesh, fencing materials, and related manufacturing products.

Search, review, and analyze tenders on GeM and other government procurement portals relevant to the weldmesh industry.

Prepare technical and commercial bids aligned with product specifications such as mesh size, wire gauge, material grade, and coatings.

Coordinate with the production and sales team to gather product details, technical datasheets, pricing, and certifications.

Upload tenders, monitor bid status, handle corrigendums, clarifications, and ensure timely submission.

Manage vendor registration, catalogue creation, and product listing on GeM for weldmesh-related items.

Maintain documentation, tender records, BOQs, and post-tender communications.

Follow up with government departments for order updates, LOAs, contract agreements, and payment status.

Ensure compliance with government procurement norms and industry standards.

Key Skills Required:

Expert knowledge of GeM Portal and e-tendering processes.

Understanding of weldmesh, wire mesh, GI/SS mesh, fencing materials, product specifications, and pricing structure.

Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and tender documentation tools.

Ability to manage multiple tenders under strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of tendering experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sector.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
