We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of the tendering & bidding process.

Role Overview

The Tender Executive will handle the complete tender lifecycle — from identifying opportunities, preparing bids, ensuring compliance, coordinating with internal teams, to submitting tenders within deadlines. The role requires a strong eye for detail, good knowledge of tender portals (GeM, CPPP, E-Procurement), and excellent documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification & Tracking

• Regularly monitor and identify tender opportunities from GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, PSU & corporate portals
• Maintain a tender tracker and update management on relevant opportunities

2. Tender Preparation & Documentation

• Study and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements
• Prepare and compile all documents including technical, financial, and administrative as per RFPs/RFQs
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with tender terms & conditions

3. Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal) to gather necessary inputs for tenders
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders as required
• Follow up on clarifications, amendments, and corrigenda

4. Tender Submission & Compliance

• Manage online/offline submission of tenders within deadlines
• Handle pre-qualification documents, EMDs, bank guarantees, vendor registrations
• Ensure strict compliance with all tender guidelines and statutory requirements

5. Post-Submission Activities

• Track tender status and communicate results to management
• Prepare and present MIS reports on tender participation, wins/losses, and learnings
• Maintain documentation for audit and reference

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience in tendering, bidding, and documentation (Govt/PSU/Corporate projects)
• Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals
• Good understanding of BOQs, pricing sheets, and compliance requirements
• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tender portals
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Day – Monday to Saturday

Work Hours – 9: 30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Range – 2. 5 to 3 Lakhs CTC
