Job Title: Tender Executive / Tender Officer / E-Tender Executive
Location: Survey No. 71/2/C, Unit No-5, Bhandarli Village, Mumbra Panvel Road, Thane, Mumbai – 400612

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive / E-Tender Officer to manage Government and Private e-Tendering activities through GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-Procurement websites.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing technical & commercial bids, managing documentation, and ensuring timely submission and follow-up.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management

  • Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPP, State e-Procurement, and Private portals.
  • Download and review tender documents (NIT, BOQ, Scope of Work, Terms & Conditions).
  • Evaluate eligibility criteria and coordinate internally for required documents.
  • Prepare and submit technical and financial bids before deadlines.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain and update all necessary registration documents – GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, Authorization letters, Turnover certificates, etc.
  • Prepare annexures, declarations, and compliance statements as per tender format.
  • Ensure validity of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and portal credentials.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with government departments or clients for clarifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Technical, Sales) for bid preparation.
  • Track tender status, participate in bid openings, and handle post-bid correspondence.

Reporting & Database Management

  • Maintain tender records, submission logs, and bid summary reports.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly tender activity reports for management.
  • Stay updated with GeM and e-Procurement policies, circulars, and new guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (Commerce / Business / Engineering preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Government e-Tendering / GeM / E-Procurement portals.
  • Knowledge of tender BOQ, EMD, Technical & Financial Bid preparation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF) and Internet research.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and documentation accuracy.
