Job Description

Job Title: Tender Executive

Company: Vensysco Technologies Limited

Experience: 1+

Job description:

Identifying, evaluating, and preparing responses for Government/PSU/Private sector tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
Coordinating with internal departments, OEMs, and partners to collect technical and commercial inputs.
Preparing compliance checklists, bid documents, and ensuring timely submission.
Handling pre-bid queries, documentation, and post-bid follow-ups.
Maintaining tender databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, terms, and compliance requirements.
Managing e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, State portals, etc.).
Searching, downloading, and managing e-procurement portals including GeM, CPPP, State portals, and other PSU portals.
Proficiency in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) usage and Java mapping as required on tender/RFP portals.2

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,714.08 - ₹33,431.48 per month
