Tender Executive

Tender Executive (Civil) – Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender notices from government departments, corporations, and authorities
• Study tender documents including NIT, BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions
• Prepare and compile technical bids (methodology, work experience, credentials, compliance statements)
• Prepare financial bids including BOQ pricing, rate analysis, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with engineering, accounts, and management for approvals and final submission
• Arrange and upload bids on e-tendering portals within timelines
• Prepare EMD, tender fees, and coordinate bank guarantees if required
• Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, statutory requirements, and tender conditions
• Maintain tender registers, bid status tracking, and document control
• Attend pre-bid meetings, clarify queries, and prepare pre-bid responses
• Follow up on tender results, clarifications, and negotiations
• Assist in post-award documentation such as LOA, agreements, and performance guarantees
• Maintain confidentiality of tender data, rates, and client information

Experience: -
2 to 4 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
