Tender Executive GEM Portal FMCG

We are a group of companies head office based in Lucknow, U. P. working on pan India in Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Information Technology, FMCG as more than 20 industries and having a team of more than 3,000 employees.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Identify and analyze tender opportunities relevant to the business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive tender proposals.
• Ensure all tender documents comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Track and manage tender timelines, ensuring timely submissions.
• Maintain records of all tender activities and communications.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.
• Monitor and report on the status of submitted tenders.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

• Require only Male candidate

Work experience and qualification:-

• Min 2 years of experience of GEM Portal Registration & Tendering.
• Proven experience in a tendering or procurement role on GEM.
• Strong understanding of the tender process and related documentation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Require Key Skills:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Management, or a related field

Salary:- Rs.25,000-35,000/- pm + PF + other
