Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for government and private sector bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities from government portals (e.g., GeM, India mart sites, etc.) and private organizations.
Analyze tender documents and requirements in coordination with the sales, production and technical teams.
Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and commercial bids, and ensure timely submission.
Maintain proper documentation and track the status of ongoing tenders.
Coordination with field sales staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in sales related role
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Package: Upto 30k Per month
