Job Responsibilities:


Prepare and submit Government Tenders and apply bids on various e-procurement portals.

Draft and complete preparation of company profiles and official documents.

Work efficiently on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.

Perform Hindi & English typing with speed of 35–45 WPM for document preparation.

Handle invoicing and maintain records of financial transactions.

Coordinate with clients and handle queries professionally.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements:


Graduate / Diploma holder in any stream (preferred in commerce/management/IT).

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in tender filing / office administration.

Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Typing skills: 35–45 WPM in both English and Hindi.

Good communication skills in English & Hindi (written and verbal).

Ability to manage deadlines and handle client communication.

Preferred Skills:


Experience in government tender portals and Gem Portals

Knowledge of basic accounting and invoice generation.

Detail-oriented and organized.
