Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender and Estimation Specialist based in Mumbai, India. The responsibilities include preparing and evaluating tenders, analyzing project requirements, determining costs and timelines, and compiling comprehensive project proposals. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimation for infrastructure-related projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills in preparing project estimates, tender documents, and costing.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and related technical documents.
• Experience in vendor negotiation, sourcing, and cost comparisons for infrastructure projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities.
• Technical knowledge of construction and infrastructure development, including familiarity with equipment such as hydraulic rotary rigs.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Proficiency in estimation and tendering software or tools is a plus.
