- 6Days & 12hrs shift- Onsite Job (Bangalore)- Report to: Chairman- Qualification: Any Graduate
Expertise:
-Interest and Knowledge on Spirituality will be preferred-Excellent communication-Knowledge and expertise on spiritual Content - Should have good people management skills-Strong Customer (Devotees) Satisfaction skills-Attitude of Service before Self
Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the day to day management of Shivoham Temple activities.-Implement strategic objectives for growth of the temple / spiritual activities -Create awareness of the temple /activities through social media and marketing. -Strong in operations handling.
Key Responsibilities:
-Footfall and conversion- Handling Festivals & Events -Developing/Coaching each team member -Handle a team which includes Temple Chief Archikas, Stall executives, Devotee service executive and housekeeping.
