Role & responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of learning and development initiatives across all group Institutions (VIT, VP, VSIT) ensuring alignment with identified Training Needs Analysis (TNA) outcomes. Engage internal experts, external vendors, and digital platforms to deliver learning interventions through varied formats such as workshops, e-learning, microlearning, and blended programs. Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives through participant feedback and post-training impact assessments. Annually administer employee engagement survey, analyze and present findings to the Leadership Team to enable appropriate action planning. Administer the performance management cycle, ensuring timely goal setting, performance reviews, and process adherence across departments. Provide guidance and capacity-building support to managers and staff on effective performance discussions, goal alignment, and feedback practices. Collaborate with institutional leaders and HR team members to translate appraisal insights into actionable development plans. Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to training participation, budgets, vendor performance, and appraisal outcomes.
