Role & responsibilities

Teaching

• Designing curriculum
• Conducting lectures for sports subject

Instruction & Training

• Conduct regular sports classes, coaching sessions, and fitness training
• Teach rules, techniques, and strategies for various sports
• Provide individualized guidance to students based on skill levels

Program Development

• Design and implement sports curricula aligned with college objectives
• Organize inter-college and intra-college tournaments, matches, and events
• Promote participation in extracurricular sports activities

Student Development

• Encourage students to adopt healthy lifestyles and physical fitness
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve excellence in sports
• Identify and nurture talent for competitive events

Administration & Safety

• Maintain sports equipment and facilities in good condition
• Ensure safety protocols during training and competitions
• Prepare reports on student progress and participation

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field / Masters in Physical Education (desirable)/ MBA in Sports (desirable)
• Certification in coaching or specialized sports training
• Prior experience as a physical education teacher (college-level/ school experience desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Knowledge of first aid and injury prevention.
