Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telesales role for a Client in

beauty, skin care and Cosmetic centre located in Chennai.

The Telesales representative will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service and support, and driving sales efforts. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Lead Generation and Sales skills
Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Excellent Communication skills
Maintain CRM records

1 to 3 years experience in telesales for the beauty, Cosmetic and wellness industry is a plus

Fluency in English and Tamil.
Basic knowledge of
skincare, cosmetics is a big plus.
