Your daily tasks will involve making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets through engaging communication and customer interaction. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in lead generation, sales, customer service, and customer support. Excellent communication abilities are essential, along with the ability to maintain CRM records accurately. Ideally, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales within the beauty, cosmetic, and wellness industry. Fluency in both English and Tamil is required, and having a basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetics will be advantageous for this role.,
