As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of banking transactions for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Adhere to all security and compliance protocols to ensure the safety of customer and bank assets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide a positive work environment
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cash handling role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
