Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers/potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, providing product or service information, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services.
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain customer databases and update records of calls and feedback.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain follow-up records.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during calls.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in [Hindi/English or other required language].
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Confidence, patience, and a customer-friendly approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
