Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Tellecaller to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with them through lively and persuasive phone conversations. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a prepared script, ensuring clear and confident communication.
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, providing information about products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records of each call, including customer responses, follow-up actions, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or next steps to maximize engagement.
  • Follow up with prospects through scheduled calls or emails to nurture leads and convert interest into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve calling strategies, and achieve collective targets.
  • Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and promotional offers to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and maintain a positive attitude during all interactions.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a lively and engaging tone that captures attention.
  • Strong active listening abilities to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated throughout the day.
  • Good organizational skills for managing call logs, follow-ups, and customer data accurately.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
