They act as the bridge between a company and its customers, focusing on achieving sales goals or ensuring satisfaction through phone interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers (cold calling) to promote products/services, explain features, and schedule appointments.
• Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls, address customer questions, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify prospects, gather information, and follow up to convert them into sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, provide solutions, and follow up to foster loyalty.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer details, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales and call quotas.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Persuasion: Strong negotiation and closing skills to influence decisions.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software.
• Education: High school diploma is often required; a bachelor's degree can be a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch communication styles and handle different customer personalities.
