* Make outbound calls and Inbound to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
* Understand customer needs and provide suitable information or solutions.* Follow communication “scripts” when handling calls.* Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.* Schedule appointments or generate leads for the sales team.* Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.* Meet daily and monthly call/lead targets.* Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

Required Skills:-

* Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local language]
* Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.* Customer-focused and confident on phone calls.

Qualifications:-

* Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
* Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory

Salary:-

* Salary fixed per month + incentives (based on performance).
