Title: Retail/Counter Sales Officer (RSO-Only Jewelry sales experience)
Location: Gurgaon sec 14/Noida sec 16
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year
Salary: INR 15,000 to 30,000 +Incentives

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Warmly greet customers upon entry to the store.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide information about products and services.
Sales Pitch:
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Achieve sales targets by promoting offerings.
Customer Handling:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Target Achievement:
Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Documentation:
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales transactions.
Assist in maintaining proper inventory records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
