Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Shalimar Bagh. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls effectively. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
Provide information about the company’s services and offerings.
Maintain records of calls and customer information.
Follow up with leads and ensure proper communication.
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Meet daily/weekly call and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Basic communication skills in Hindi/English.
Ability to handle phone calls confidently.
Good listening skills and a polite attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
