Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our IT Hardware & Networking sales/support team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of IT hardware & networking products, and the ability to build good customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT hardware & networking products (laptops, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storage devices, etc.).
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate details.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Share feedback from customers to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns by calling targeted databases.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: IT, Computer Science, or related field).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of telecalling / telesales / customer support experience (preferably in IT industry).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware & networking products (training will be provided).
  • Good telephone etiquette, convincing power, and ability to handle customer objections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
